The PTFE coating serves in various colors such as black, green, brown, and white. The liquid PTFE paint can be sprayed and sintered on the surface of the steel belt. The coating thickness is from 0.01mm to 0.025mm. With the help of great spraying, sintering, and precise control of humidity and temperature, the adhesion of the coating can be excellent. The PTFE-coated steel belts can be used for heat sealing of ABL & PBL laminated tubes, plastic bags, solar cell welding, image checking, etc.
