Accurate dimensional tolerances are crucial for high-quality heat-sealing bands. Our experienced technicians use custom-made tooling and fixtures to carefully slit, cut, edge‑grind, surface‑polish, and laser‑weld stainless steel strips to produce advanced steel belts. Unlike many of our competitors who outsource, we operate our own in‑house coating facility. This guarantees uncompromised coating quality. Crostar heat‑sealing bands are available in various colours, including black, green, white, brown, and bare. These colours result from different PTFE or resin coating materials, which provide benefits such as non‑stick properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high‑temperature durability.
